When you contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. We also collect basic, anonymized analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type).

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, provide services you request, and communicate with you about your project. We use analytics to understand and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate this site and our business — including email delivery (Resend) and customer relationship management (HubSpot). These providers process your data only as needed to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

Sweet Gum Solutions operates an internal keyword research tool that connects to the Google Ads API. The tool reads Google Keyword Planner metrics (monthly search volume, competition, and cost-per-click estimates) for our own Google Ads account only. It does not read, modify, or manage any client's Google Ads account, and it is not made available to anyone outside Sweet Gum Solutions.

Retrieved keyword metrics are cached for up to 30 days and then discarded. We do not access or store any other Google account data, and we do not sell, share, or transfer data obtained through Google APIs to any third party.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
